ConvoMind Terms of Service

Welcome to ConvoMind. These Terms form an agreement between you and the independent individual developer who operates ConvoMind (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the ConvoMind app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ConvoMind is an intelligent conversation recording and analysis app that provides real-time transcription, AI analysis, summaries, and knowledge-management features. Some features require an internet connection and an active subscription.

2. Accounts

• You must register an account to use cloud features and are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Each individual may register only one account. Bulk or automated account creation is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions or one-time purchases offered by the App are processed only through Apple App Store in-app purchase. This website does not offer payment or an external purchase flow.
• Apple charges your Apple ID account. The applicable price, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, and free-trial rules are shown in the App Store and purchase-confirmation interface.
• You can manage or cancel automatic renewal in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Record other people without the informed consent required from all participants.
• Use the Service for an unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use automation to consume excessive service resources.
• Disclose another person's private information obtained through the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

• We own the intellectual-property rights in the App and its materials, including its code, design, and trademarks.
• You retain ownership of conversation records, transcripts, and knowledge-base content you create through the Service.
• We do not use your content to train AI models or for unrelated commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers

• AI analysis and speech-transcription results are provided for reference and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
• The Service is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties.
• We are not responsible for unavailability caused by force majeure, third-party service interruptions, or network failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us during the preceding 12 months.

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account in the App at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• After termination, we process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. We will provide advance in-app notice of material changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means that you accept them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation. If no resolution is reached, a dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction where we are located.
